Incredible Ocean-View Home at Mauna Kea Resort

Our family stayed at Fairways South 14 for 6 nights and had a perfect time. We are 7 adults and a toddler.Everything was ideal for us….. the layout was perfect, the view was beautiful, the Lanai welcoming and the pool refreshing. Mauna Kea is my favorite place in Hawaii and the is home is now #1 place to stay (well, maybe after a beach front room at the hotel😂). Lorena (property manager) was responsive and helpful. Looking at 2026 for another week!

My family has stayed at Fairways South 14 multiple times. We are a family of four (3 KIDS 11-14). My parents (70+) have also joined us and stayed in the detached room. Great location to explore the Big Island. We mostly stay at the property, enjoy the beach in the morning, eat dinner on the Lanai, and watch the sun go down. Lather, Rinse, Repeat. Iokua Residential Services manages the property seamlessly. My favorite vacation rental.

We had a great trip to Fairways South 14 at Mauna Kea. The house was great for 2 families with kids. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, large kitchen, sunsets on the patio with the ocean in the background, and resort access at both hotels. Would definitely come back!

We are a family of 4. Myself and kids (14, 12,10). Grandparents have also joined us. Perfect for a family. Kamuela, Kona, and grocery stores close by. Hotel privileges at Mauna Kea and Hapuna make beach time easy. Can't say enough good things about the house and Iokua Residential services. We Are looking forward to o8r next stay.
